what hook do I use to check if an ongoing call just ended.
Please tell me, and I can use it to subtract the point for now, until you come up with that feature.

Hi, I saw some developer guide in the knowledge base. Do you provide developer support as well?

I would like to deduct the point myself, until that feature comes out. How do I hook into the plugin to check if a call just ended, and to get the thread id and the call minutes.

Please, I really need help with this.

Would it be possible to allow negative mycred charge? like to reward users for using the chat!
