Mobile and desktop window positionning

Hi,

2 questions :

Is there a chat window on mobile ? Is it possible to add an icon somewhere that would drag the window full screen ?

On desktop, it would be nice if we could choose where to put the window. I would like it more visible with an icon on the right side of the screen or with a icon (like we seen on lot of applications of chat on websites) with the message count on it.
