    On my website, I need to reload the page to see new reactions to messages.

    I cannot reproduce this in the demo chat here.

    Therefore I guess, it is a problem with the ajax, used in the AJAX version and maybe works with the websocket version?

    Oh, I found another bug.

    The first time a new user enters a chatroom he doesn’t see reactions at all.
    He has to reload the chatroom or react himself to a message to see reactions.

    In Better Messages 2.0 we have reworked the update mechanism, so need to wait for that update.
